Elaine's Flowers is responsible for the creation, quality, delivery, and all aspects of your order.

2. Ordering

When you place an order through this website, your order details are received directly by Elaine's Flowers, who will prepare and deliver your flowers to the address you provide.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are set by Elaine's Flowers and may vary by date or availability. Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering. Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made by Elaine's Flowers. Delivery times are requested but cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak trading periods, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If delivery cannot be completed, we will follow a reasonable redelivery, safe-place, or neighbour delivery procedure where possible.

5. Substitutions

Flower availability can vary. Where necessary, we may substitute flowers, packaging, or containers of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style, colour theme, and quality of the arrangement.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
