My sister in law has had a family bereavement and I wanted a nice bouquet! I wasn't disappointed, the flowers were beautiful and delivery was excellent, called me to make sure a slight change of time was ok for me! I will be using Elaine's flowers from now on and recommending them to everyone!

The flowers were delivered on the day requested. My recipient appreciated them and sent me a photo and message saying they were beautiful. I was a little disappointed in them but maybe the photos just didn't do them justice. I was happy with the service at such short notice though. I would use Elaine's florists again but I would ring them directly next time.

What can I say that I haven't said before. Elaine and her staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. I can't see me going to another florist.
