Excellent customer service, even had a call from the lovely Elaine at the florists to say the flowers would be delivered on the Friday due to the area I was having them sent which was perfectly fine. I live in New Zealand so its not like I can just pop over and deliver myself! I had been completely let down by Interflora 3 times trying to get flowers sent for my sister in laws birthday so finding Elaines florist was such a relief. Wendy sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered and they are beautiful and she is very happy as am I. So from now on they will be getting my future business. Thank you Elaine.

Second order with Elaines and so pleased. Received a phone call to say that due to the adverse weather their usual delivery from the mainland had not arrived. Super apologetic and offered me an alternative which was delivered to my sister within the hour, and she absolutely loved it.. excellent customer service and will definitely use Elaines again.. The flower bouquet was gorgeous and my daughter loved the flowers. The only problems was they were delivered a week early. I had asked for them to be delivered on May 31st and they were delivered May 24th. I would recommend this florist, the flowers are stunning.
